Q: How do I log symptoms?A: Select the Log symptoms button on the introduction screen, or the + button on the home screen to open an entry. Select the date (today’s date is the default), select your symptoms, add any notes (available with Premium), and select Save symptoms.
Q: Can I log symptoms for a previous day?A: Yes! Just select the date you’d like on the Log symptoms screen.
Q: What’s included in Premium?A: For a 1-time payment of $4.99, Premium unlocks unlimited symptom history, detailed trend charts, and PDF export. Pay once and Premium is yours forever—no subscription needed.
Q: How do I export my data to share with my doctor?A: If you have Premium, you can export a list of entries or your trend charts as PDF files you can print or share through methods such as text or email.To export entries:1. On the home screen, select Show all to get to the Symptom history screen.
2. Select Export PDF.
3. On the Export as PDF screen, enter the start and end dates for the range you want to export entries and symptoms for.
4. Select Export as PDF.To export trend charts:1. On the home screen, select Show all to get to the Symptom history screen.
2. Select Show trends.
3. In the Select time period section, select the date range you want to export trends for.
4. Select Export as PDF.
Q: How do I set up daily reminders?A: To set up daily reminders to log your symptoms:1. On the home screen, select the wheel icon at the top to go to the Settings screen.
2. In the Notifications section, select the toggle/switch next to Get daily reminders. (Your phone may show you a screen asking if you want to allow notifications.)
3. Select the box that displays the time to see the time selector.
4. Select your preferred time.
5. Select the blue checkmark button to save.
Q: How do I delete my account?A: Deleting your account is permanent and removes all your data from the app. To delete your account:1. On the home screen, select the wheel icon at the top to go to the Settings screen.
2. In the Delete account section, select Delete.
3. Enter your password to confirm you want to delete your account.
4. Select Delete my account. your password.
Q: I restored my phone or switched phones. How do I get my data back?To access your data after restoring your phone or to use the app on a different phone, sign in with the same email and password you used originally. Your data will sync automatically.
